How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes – if you let us know fast!

If your order already has been shipped we will not be ale to make any alterations.

I have received a shipping confirmation but no package

If you haven’t received your package within these dates please have patience, delivery times may vary due to local post standard. If you haven’t received you package within 3-5 days after the standard delivery day, please contact us.

I have not received any order confirmation

Always make sure that your e-mail address is correct. This is the most common reason why you haven’t received the order confirmation.
It could also be that your e-mail provider has a SPAM-filter that blocks certain emails.

If you typed the wrong e-mailadress, please contact us with and we will help you to adjust it.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive confirmation by email that your order is shipped. However, we do not provide tracking. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 working days, please contact customer service.

Returns

Size changes

You can always change to a new size or product if the ordered item does not fit you. The only requirement for changes are that the item is returned in its original condition and within 30 days after you receive your order.

Refunds

You can always feel safe when buying from us. We offer full refunds for your order with ’30 days right of return’ when purchasing from us. Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our ware house. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items depending on your bank.

We are not responsible for missing packages due to errors from the shipping companies.
