We send all our deliveries with the Swedish Post – PostNord.
Our delivery time within Sweden is normally 2-7 business days.
Remember that it can take +1 one day your parcel delivery to send out a notice.
At the very load, it may be 1-2 days extra.
5-14 Business days (not saturday and sunday) Norway may experience 7-14 days delivery time due to customs. The goods are shipped and delivered with Posten (Swedish Post) and delivered to the nearest postoffice. Tracking number and registered extradition of the goods.
Post Varubrev – Delivered directly to your mailbox.
Post Varubrev delivered right into your mailbox. If the package would be too large for your mailbox you will be recommended to your nearest post office, such as your local grocery store. You will be able to pick it up when it suits you, after you have been alerted by SMS or email. Valid for shipments up to 2 kg.

We send all our deliveries with PostNord. The envelope / package shipped to your local delivery.
The envelope / package arrives at your local delivery and notify you of this, either through a notice in the mailbox, or through a text message if you select it when ordering. Your consignment / packages are available at your local delivery in 2 weeks, then sent it back to us. All packages / packages not picked up will be charged a fee of 300kr in the form of an invoice. Remember to always be able to identify you when to pick up your shipment / package.
Do you notice upon receipt of the item / package has a visible injury that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered, you should not receive it.
If there’s a Swedish holiday that means that the Swedish post office doesn’t send packages that day your order might be 1-day delayed.
Make a complaint to the Post directly at the delivery point. Then contact us at rivia @ riviasports.com.

Your order is sent to us at the same time you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received your order confirmation within 1 day please contact us.
Your products are delivered within a few days depending on the shipping method (we aim to dispatch goods in stock the same day or next day as payment is received).
Tax & duties:
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Sweden/Europe. Rivia Sports takes every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but does not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

In the event of war, hostilities, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, will Rivia Sports to apply to Force Majeure. This means that this agreement does not need to be accomplished to some or a great deal. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify the customer.
CHANGE & RETURNS
You have full return and exchange policy within 14 days after you received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned undamaged. All tags and labels must remain attached and also return the product’s original packaging. Take care of the goods, gently fold and pack the unused product well before you return it. The item must be returned undamaged and in new condition. Upon return or exchange goods, you pay the return shipping cost.
However, if it concerns a complaint because of damaged goods, or we salesgirl off wrong item, we will refund you the return shipping, while we will pay what you spent for the goods unless the item is still in stock. NB We will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
When replacing, return or claim, we go after the consumer’s rules for e-commerce (Consumer).
1. You have the full right to exchange within 14 days. Visit riviasports.com to see that your desired product is in stock. If it´s not, you can switch to another product. The payed amount will be changed thereafter. Always email rivia @ riviasports.com so we can reserve the new item for you.
2. Send the item back to us. All goods returned must be properly packaged and packed in bags or cardboard. When you return the item, add the item and its original box / package in a package or bag. You are responsible for the goods until we receive it.

3. Once we received the return and approved it, we send out the new product to you. If the new product is more expensive, you pay the difference between the invoice (10 days net) (only difference) when you pick up the package and if it is cheaper we will refund you the difference. If you paid on invoice, billed alternatively credited / refunded you the difference. A change normally takes 2-7 business days after we receive your product. Any refund is normally within 1-2 weeks (by law, a maximum of 30 days).
4. When replacing, you as a customer for the transportation risk. At higher amounts, we recommend you to send as REK or Parcel Post.
If you should happen to regret your purchase, simply return the item. You have the right to return within 14 days. Send a copy of the delivery note with clear marking which items are returned in the package. Always indicate the reason for the return!
(Shipments / Packages not picked up, but returned at the end of time sleeping in the item, you will be charged a fee of 297 crowns in the form of an invoice)
Depending on how you have paid your products, we will pay back your money in different ways (for return, exchange or complaint).
If you paid with a debit / credit card we return the money to your account. The refund will appear on your statement within a few days from the time we made the refund. The money will be refunded normally within two weeks (by law, a maximum of 30 days).
